These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the USDT Node Power Pro Simulator mobile application, package name com.usdt.node.power.pro.simulator.iii (“Application”), developed and operated by KV App Studio (“Service Provider,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Please read these Terms carefully before using the Application.

By downloading, installing or using the Application, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Application.

1. About the Application

USDT Node Power Pro Simulator is a fictional cryptocurrency node-mining simulation created solely for entertainment, educational and informational purposes.

The Application allows users to run simulated node sessions, view virtual hash-rate information, maintain a virtual balance, review session history and participate in a simulated daily streak.

The Application does not provide real cryptocurrency mining or financial services.

2. Simulation-Only Notice

The Application:

  • Does not mine real USDT, Bitcoin or any other cryptocurrency

  • Does not generate real cryptocurrency or money

  • Does not use your device’s CPU, GPU or other hardware for real mining

  • Does not connect to real blockchain nodes or mining pools

  • Does not provide cloud-mining services

  • Does not provide a cryptocurrency wallet

  • Does not accept deposits or withdrawal requests

  • Does not process cryptocurrency or financial transactions

  • Does not provide investment opportunities

  • Does not guarantee income, profit or financial returns

Terms such as “mining,” “node,” “vault,” “hash rate,” “yield,” “claim,” “reward” and “USDT” are used only as part of the virtual simulator interface.

3. Virtual Values

All balances, session results, hash rates, rewards, yields, streaks, multipliers and estimated USD values displayed in the Application are virtual.

Virtual values:

  • Exist only within the Application

  • Have no real-world monetary value

  • Do not represent ownership of real USDT

  • Cannot be withdrawn

  • Cannot be transferred to another person or wallet

  • Cannot be exchanged for money or cryptocurrency

  • Cannot be sold or redeemed

  • Cannot be used to purchase goods or services

KV App Studio has no obligation to pay or compensate users for any virtual balance, reward or simulator progress.

4. User Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Application.

If you are below the legal age required to accept these Terms in your country, you may use the Application only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

By using the Application, you confirm that you are legally permitted to use it.

5. License to Use the Application

Subject to these Terms, KV App Studio grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable license to install and use the Application on a compatible device for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes.

This license does not transfer ownership of the Application or its intellectual property to you.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree that you will not:

  • Copy, sell, rent, distribute or sublicense the Application

  • Modify, reverse-engineer or extract its source code, except where permitted by law

  • Bypass or interfere with security or technical restrictions

  • Interfere with the Application’s remote configuration server

  • Send malicious, automated or excessive requests to the server

  • Present a virtual balance as real cryptocurrency

  • Use screenshots or simulator data to deceive another person

  • Claim that the Application provides real mining or financial returns

  • Use the Application for investment solicitation, fraud or illegal activity

  • Introduce malware, harmful code or unauthorized modifications

  • Violate applicable laws or third-party rights

We may restrict or discontinue access to the Application if these Terms are violated.

7. Simulation Sessions

The Application provides 120-second virtual node-mining sessions with simulated hash-rate and balance calculations.

A completed session may allow you to claim a virtual value into the in-app vault. This action does not represent real blockchain validation, cryptocurrency mining, ownership or payment.

The displayed calculations are fictional and should not be interpreted as actual mining performance.

8. Daily Streak

The Application may provide a virtual daily check-in streak and simulated multiplier tiers.

Daily streak progress and related values:

  • Exist only within the Application

  • Do not provide real cryptocurrency or money

  • May reset if the required check-in period is missed

  • May be modified or discontinued in future versions

  • Cannot be transferred, sold or redeemed

9. Local Data

The Application stores simulator information locally on your device, including:

  • Virtual vault balance

  • Active session information

  • Session history

  • Daily streak progress

  • Last claim time

  • Cached configuration

  • Application preferences

Local data may be lost if you:

  • Reset your simulation data

  • Clear the Application’s storage

  • Uninstall the Application

  • Reset, lose or replace your device

  • Experience operating-system or storage failure

KV App Studio does not guarantee that deleted or lost simulator data can be recovered.

10. Data Reset

The Application provides an option to reset simulation data.

Using this option may permanently delete:

  • Virtual vault balance

  • Active simulation session

  • Completed session history

  • Daily streak progress

  • Last claim information

  • Related local preferences

You are responsible for reviewing the confirmation message before resetting your data. Deleted simulator data may not be recoverable.

11. No User Account

The Application does not require or provide a user account.

It does not create a mining account, cryptocurrency account, financial account or wallet.

Your simulator progress is not connected to a real blockchain address or financial service.

12. No Financial Advice

Nothing provided by the Application constitutes:

  • Financial advice

  • Investment advice

  • Trading advice

  • Tax advice

  • Legal advice

  • A recommendation to purchase cryptocurrency

  • A promise or guarantee of financial returns

Virtual balances, multiplier values and estimated USD amounts must not be used to make financial or investment decisions.

If you require financial, investment, tax or legal advice, consult a qualified professional.

13. Remote Configuration

The Application may connect to https://greensoilorganic.com to retrieve configuration information based on its package name and version.

Remote configuration may provide updated legal-page links and compatibility settings.

We do not guarantee that the remote server or configuration service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

14. External Links

The Application may contain links to external Privacy Policy and Terms pages. A confirmation dialog may appear before a link opens in your device’s browser.

External websites are operated independently and are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

KV App Studio does not control or accept responsibility for external websites, including their:

  • Content

  • Availability

  • Accuracy

  • Security

  • Data practices

  • Products or services

You access external websites at your own discretion.

15. Intellectual Property

The Application’s original source code, interface, design, graphics, animations, text, icons and other materials are owned by or licensed to KV App Studio and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute or commercially exploit the Application or its content without prior written permission.

“USDT,” “Tether” and other third-party names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their use within the Application is descriptive and does not imply affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement.

16. No Affiliation

USDT Node Power Pro Simulator and KV App Studio are not affiliated with, sponsored by, authorized by or endorsed by:

  • Tether Operations Limited

  • Cryptocurrency exchanges or wallets

  • Blockchain networks

  • Cryptocurrency mining companies or mining pools

  • Banks or financial institutions

  • Government authorities

The Application is not an official USDT, Tether, cryptocurrency or financial product.

17. Application Availability and Updates

KV App Studio may update, modify, suspend or discontinue the Application or any feature at any time.

We do not guarantee that:

  • The Application will always remain available

  • Every feature will work without errors

  • The Application will work on every device

  • Simulator progress will never be lost

  • The remote server will always be available

  • External legal links will remain unchanged

Application updates may be required to continue using certain features.

18. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

KV App Studio makes no warranties concerning:

  • Accuracy or completeness

  • Reliability or availability

  • Device compatibility

  • Error-free or uninterrupted operation

  • Preservation of simulator progress

  • Achievement of any specific virtual result

  • Real-world financial or cryptocurrency returns

Your use of the Application is at your own discretion and risk.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KV App Studio will not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses resulting from:

  • Use or inability to use the Application

  • Loss or reset of simulator progress

  • Reliance on virtual balances or calculations

  • Mistaking virtual values for real cryptocurrency

  • Financial decisions made by a user

  • Device, network or operating-system failure

  • Remote-server interruptions

  • External websites or services

  • Unauthorized or unlawful use of the Application

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

20. Privacy

Your use of the Application is also governed by the USDT Node Power Pro Simulator Privacy Policy.

Please review the Privacy Policy to understand how local simulator information, remote configuration requests and voluntarily submitted support information are handled.

21. Termination

You may terminate your agreement with us by stopping use and uninstalling the Application.

We may restrict, suspend or discontinue the Application if:

  • You violate these Terms

  • Your use creates legal or security risks

  • Continued operation becomes technically or commercially impractical

  • Suspension or termination is required by law or an application marketplace

Provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, liability and user responsibility will continue to apply where appropriate.

22. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to:

  • Application features

  • Our operational practices

  • Applicable laws

  • Platform requirements

  • Security requirements

Updated Terms will be published with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of the Application after updated Terms become effective means that you accept the revised Terms, where permitted by law.

If you do not agree with an update, stop using and uninstall the Application.

23. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to remain effective.

The invalid provision will be limited or modified only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable.

24. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India, unless applicable consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
