This Privacy Policy applies to the USDT Node Power Pro Simulator application, package name com.usdt.node.power.pro.simulator.iii (hereinafter referred to as the “Application”), developed and operated by KV App Studio (hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”).
The Application is provided as a free simulation service and is intended for use “AS IS.”
Information Collection and Use
The Application does not require registration or the creation of a user account.
The Application does not ask users to provide personal information such as:

Phone number
Physical address
Government identification
Banking or payment information
Cryptocurrency wallet address
Password, private key or seed phrase
When the Application connects to its remote configuration server, certain technical information may be processed automatically, including:

Application package name
Application version

This technical information is used to provide the appropriate configuration, update legal-page links, maintain compatibility, diagnose errors, prevent abuse and protect server security.

The Application uses local device storage to save simulator progress and settings.

Virtual vault balance
Active simulation session
Session start time
Session countdown
Completed session history
Simulated hash-rate values

Application preferences
This information is used to operate the simulator and restore progress when the Application is reopened.
Virtual balances, session history, streak progress and simulator activity are stored locally and are not intentionally transmitted to KV App Studio’s server.
All balances, rewards, hash rates, yields and related values are simulated and have no real-world monetary value.
Permissions
The Android version of the Application uses the INTERNET permission for:
Retrieving remote configuration
Receiving updated legal-page links
Opening external legal pages in the browser
The Application does not request dangerous or sensitive runtime permissions, including access to:
Camera
Precise or approximate device location
Microphone
Contacts
Photos or videos
Device storage
SMS messages
Call logs
Calendar
Health information
The iOS version does not request camera, location, photo-library, contacts, microphone or tracking permission.
Analytics and Advertising
The current version of the Application does not integrate third-party advertising, analytics or crash-reporting SDKs.
The Application does not use the Google Advertising ID for advertising, profiling or cross-app tracking.
If advertising, analytics or crash-reporting services are added in a future version, this Privacy Policy will be updated to disclose the related data practices.
Third-Party Access
KV App Studio does not sell or rent personal information.
Limited technical information may be processed by the hosting or infrastructure provider used to operate the remote configuration server.
The Service Provider may disclose limited information:
When required by applicable law or legal process
In response to a lawful government request
To protect the rights or safety of users or the Service Provider
To investigate fraud, abuse or security incidents
To service providers that help maintain the remote configuration infrastructure
Locally stored virtual balances, session history and streak information are not intentionally shared because they are not transmitted to our server.

A confirmation dialog may be displayed before the selected page opens in your device’s external browser.
External websites and browsers may process information such as your IP address, browser type or device information according to their own privacy policies.
KV App Studio does not control and is not responsible for the privacy, security, content or availability of third-party websites.

Clearing the Application’s storage
Uninstalling the Application
Data Retention and Deletion
Locally stored simulator information remains on your device until you reset the simulation, clear Application storage or uninstall the Application.
Using the reset option may permanently delete:
Virtual balance
Active simulation session
Completed session history
Daily streak progress
Last claim time
Related local preferences
The Application does not provide user accounts. Therefore, there is no server-side account to delete.
Your device’s operating-system backup settings may separately back up or restore local Application data.
Technical server logs may be retained for a reasonable period for security, maintenance and troubleshooting.
Support emails may be retained as necessary to respond to requests, prevent abuse, maintain records and comply with legal requirements.

Children’s Privacy
The Application is not directed to children under the age of 13.
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children.

Security
The Service Provider uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information processed through the remote configuration service and support communications.
Remote configuration is requested through an HTTPS connection.

The Application does not provide:
Real cryptocurrency mining

Deposits or withdrawals

Monetary rewards or returns
All balances, mining sessions, rewards, yields, hash rates, multipliers and USD estimates displayed in the Application are virtual.
Virtual values have no real-world monetary value and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, exchanged, sold or converted into real money or cryptocurrency.
The Application does not use your device’s CPU, GPU or other hardware to perform real cryptocurrency mining.
The Service Provider does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability or completeness of simulated information displayed within the Application. Users should not use simulated values to make financial or investment decisions.
